The Command and Control Facility (C2F) Complex, Phase 3 project at Fort Shafter in Honolulu, Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi, involved the construction of a multi-story parking structure and associated site improvements to support the C2F campus. The structure provides approximately 1,000 parking spaces, expanding parking capacity to serve the campus and its daily operations. Work also included roadway improvements, utility infrastructure, and site stabilization to support the new development and its connection to surrounding facilities. Together, these improvements enhanced campus access and provided essential infrastructure to support the continued use of the Fort Shafter C2F complex.
