MAUI
Honua Kai Phase I - South Enclave
Located betwee Kaanapali Beach and Kapalua on Maui's west side sits Maui Beach Resort Limited Partnership's newest creation, Honua Kai. The 39.8 acres of beachfront property consists of two condominium towers totaling 628 units and a collection of 72 town homes. Koga's work included continuous dewatering, installation of utilities, concrete walkways, heavy duty pavements, concrete curbs, a sewer pump station, mass excavation and grading, swimming pool excavation, installation of roadways and widening of adjacent county and state roads.

OAHU
Maʻiliʻili Stream Restoration
The Maʻiliʻili Stream Restoration project consisted of the removal and disposal of 3500 cubic yards of concrete and fill material in a 1043 lineal foot long section of the Maʻiliʻili stream channel. Completed in February 2011, the projct had many challenges including stringent regulations by the State of Hawaii Department of Health and the Enironmental Protection Agency.

KAUAʻI
Kukuiʻula Plantation Core
Officially called the Club at Kukui`ula, the Kukui`ula Plantation Core project spread across 20 acres and consisted of more than 20 building structures with the primary one being The Plantation House occupying 20,000 square feet. A dedication ceremony was held on December 14, 2010 following a construction period that spanned a little over two years, marked by challenges which included a work stoppage to redesign and rebid in an effort to achieve both budget and schedule parameters.

BIG ISLAND
Hilo Judiciary Complex
The long awaited and much needed Hilo Judiciary Complex was completed in the summer of 2009. The three story structure located on an 8 acre site provides modern and technologically equipped facilities. There are seven general purpose courtrooms, two family courtrooms, a law library, holding cells, witness rooms, attorney interview rooms and a grand jury meeting room.
