Brian “Jits” Kunioka, Vice President Estimating, has been in the construction industry since 1984. His responsibilities include bid selection, scheduling the department’s workload, and submittal of bid proposals.
Jits’ experiences as a working foreman, project engineer and project manager have prepared him well for the chief estimator position. His knowledge, intelligence and attention to detail are critical and necessary traits for this position.
