Koga Engineering & Construction, Inc. is engaged in the segment of the industry commonly referred to as municipal & utilities construction. The industry as a whole consists of General Contractors, Subcontractors, Material Suppliers and Equipment Dealers. Koga Engineering, although licensed to do both engineering and building construction, concentrates primarily on engineering type projects involving excavation, utilities and roadwork.
